Meet Rex
Rex Perrin has spent 8 years working on tile roofs around Auckland. In 2022 he started Dynasty Roofing to focus on what he's best at: repairing and maintaining concrete and terracotta tile roofs.
Over the years Rex has seen plenty of leaks that were "fixed" more than once, because the repair went where the water showed up and not where it got in. One customer had lived with a leak for ten years after several roofers couldn't find it. Rex found and fixed it within an hour. That's the kind of work Dynasty Roofing is built on.
How we work
- Find the real cause. We don't patch and hope. We work out what's actually wrong.
- Show you the photos. Every quote comes with a photo report, so you can see what we see.
- Be straight about price. Free quotes, clear call-out pricing, and nothing extra without your OK.
- Tell you what you don't need. If your roof is fine, we'll say so.
- Look after your roof. We know where to step on old tiles, so we don't leave you with more cracks than we fixed.
Tile roofs only
We specialise in concrete and terracotta tile roofs. We don't do metal roofs, Decramastic, new roofs, flashing replacement or asbestos roofs. Focusing on one thing is how we stay good at it.
Insured and safe
Dynasty Roofing carries public liability insurance, and Rex is height safety certified. Roofs are dangerous places, and we treat them that way.
