What affects the price
- Size of the job: number of tiles, metres of ridge, area of roof
- Height and access: single storey vs two storeys, steep sections, tight access
- Safety equipment: some roofs need edge protection or scaffolding to work safely. If yours does, it's included in your written quote
- Matching tiles: reclaimed or hard-to-find tiles cost more than current ones
No surprises
For anything bigger than a small call-out repair, you get a written quote with photos before we start. If we find something unexpected once we're up there, we'll stop, show you, and agree on it with you first.
